The victim was identified as Esmirna Yanet Lorenzo Mieses, with the alleged aggressor being Alberto García García, also known as «Moreno.»
García García fled after the crime, with specialized police units working to locate him.
Police press release states the case is under investigation, with efforts ongoing to capture García.
